Subscriptions

OIData Ultimate is a recurring subscription paid in advance through Razorpay. The current price for a new subscription is ₹1,189 a month or ₹14,268 a year, inclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. The billing period and the amount are shown at checkout before you pay, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

Price Changes

We may change our prices. A new price applies to new subscriptions from the moment it is published. For an existing subscription, a price change applies only from the first renewal after we have emailed you at least 30 days in advance. We never charge your card or payment mandate a higher amount without that notice. If you do not accept a change, cancel before the renewal it applies to; nothing more is charged.

Early-Supporter Pricing (subscriptions started before 15 September 2026)

Subscriptions started before 15 September 2026 were priced at ₹89 a month or ₹1,068 a year. They keep renewing at that price for as long as they stay continuously active. The early-supporter price ends when the subscription is cancelled, paused, halted after failed payments, expires, or reaches the end of its payment mandate; a new subscription after that is at the current price. This price is a courtesy offered at OIData's discretion and not a lifetime guarantee: we may retire it with at least 30 days' notice by email. If we do, you may continue at the then-current price or cancel, and a yearly early-supporter subscriber who cancels for that reason receives a pro-rata refund of the unused months.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Auto-renewal stops at once and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling ends early-supporter pricing.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for a billing period that has already started, except when a proven technical fault on our side prevented access, or when we change the price or the material terms of your subscription and you cancel because of it (see above). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

Notice: Our Email of 15 September 2026

On 15 September 2026 we emailed users that early-supporter pricing was "grandfathered for life". That wording promised more than we can guarantee, and we are sorry for the confusion. The rule is the one above: the early-supporter price continues while your subscription stays continuously active, and until we retire it with at least 30 days' notice. If you subscribed on or after 15 September 2026 because of that email and do not wish to continue on these terms, email us within 7 days of receiving our clarification and we will cancel your subscription and refund your payment in full.
