Use of Service

By using OIData, you agree to use the application responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing & Pricing

Ultimate is a paid subscription billed in advance through Razorpay, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it from your account page. The price of a new subscription is the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout when you subscribe. We may change our prices. A new price applies to new subscriptions from the moment it is published, and to an existing subscription only from its first renewal after we have emailed you at least 30 days in advance. We never charge your card or payment mandate a higher amount without that notice. Cancellations, refunds and price changes are set out in full in the Payment & Refund Policies, which form part of these terms.

Early-Supporter (Legacy) Pricing

Subscriptions started before 15 September 2026 were priced at ₹89 a month or ₹1,068 a year. As a courtesy to early supporters, such a subscription keeps renewing at that price for as long as it stays continuously active. The early-supporter price ends when the subscription is cancelled, paused, halted after failed payments, expires, or reaches the end of its payment mandate; any new subscription after that is at the current price. Early-supporter pricing is offered at OIData's discretion and is not a lifetime guarantee: we may retire it by giving at least 30 days' notice by email, after which you may continue at the then-current price or cancel with the refund described in the Payment & Refund Policies. This clause states the whole of the early-supporter promise and replaces any earlier description of that price as permanent, "for life" or "forever", including in email.

Market Data & Broker Connections

OIData is a display and analytics layer. Market data is accessed through your own broker connection: you link a SEBI-registered broker account of your choice, and OIData displays and analyses the data available to you through that connection. OIData is not a stock exchange, is not affiliated with NSE, BSE or MCX, is not a market-data vendor or redistributor, and does not execute trades or place orders. Broker connections are enabled in phases and availability of any particular broker is not guaranteed. All exchange and broker names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the connection option.

Data Sources & Accuracy

Figures shown on OIData are computed from option chain and market data made available through your own broker connection and from third-party feeds and sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, provisional, revised or wrong. Feed outages, bad ticks and vendor errors happen, and they will affect every number computed downstream of them. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any figure shown. Always verify against your broker or the exchange before acting on any information displayed.

Limitations

OIData provides analytics and informational views for market analysis. It is not a trading platform and does not provide investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OIData and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any information displayed.

Changes to Terms

OIData may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. A change that affects the price or the material terms of a paid subscription is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect for existing subscribers.
